My story with Salukis began at 1992, when I got my first saluki "Muusa" (Ch Szarita Fortunatus).

I live in Southern Finland in a little village which is a lovely place to live with dogs. At the moment I have four Salukis living with me.

For the time being dogshows take the most of my time, but I hope to be able to go more to the other activities too in the future (like lure coursing etc.) With my first saluki I participated in unofficial obedience competitions with no success, naturally, but it was fun. :)

It took a little bit over 15 years before I bred my first own litter. I have been lucky, because I have had a chance to take care about four litters at my home, before starting my own breeding. These all four litters were bred under the prefix Aziz (owned by Mrs. Stina Jalkanen). Taking care about those four litters gave me a great experience, but I sure know, that there is still a lot to learn about this all.

The kennel name "Hadayan" is based on my third bitch Int Ch Aziz Hadaya, who is a grand dam to my foundation bitch Int Ch Aziz Tamasha.

My first litter was born on 27th February 2008. Someone asked me, why I did not start with the letter "A"? The decision to start with the letter "M" was because of the Int Ch Aziz Mavaddat. Mavaddat is a very special girl to me and of course she is a proud grand dam of this litter.
